No Oven No Life

I love baking!  I would bake bagels and other types of bread for my family recently; however, my electric oven broke down 3 weeks ago!  The microwave oven came to our house about 6 years ago even before our marriage.  I always bake something but when I had my full-time job, there wasn't enough time to bake home.  So, the oven didn't have to work so hard back then!

When my son was around 4 months old, suddenly I started to bake all the time.  One of the reasons that I started again is that store-bought bread from a supermarket didn't taste as great as homemade one.  Well, maybe I shouldn't have bought very cheap bread but it was very friendly to our income. haha.  And lots of bread from a bakery tastes good but they are a bit salty for me to eat every day.   I just didn't feel like feeding my kids with those bread.  So for those reasons and my passion to bake, I decided to bake own bread for us.

But! But! But! my oven suddenly stopped working 3 weeks ago!!!  No more bread until we fix it or get new one!  It's super frustrating for me!  Now we are trying to get a gas oven into our kitchen because electric oven takes so long till it warms up and it doesn't go up to the right temperature.  On the other hand, gas oven is said it warms up faster and goes up to the right temperature.  Utility costs less than electricity.

Anyway, I've been bored, so I made cup cheese cake.

Cup Cheese Cake

2-4 servings (small cups)
***Ingredients***

Sour Cream          90g
Cream Cheese      50g
Yogurt                  40g
Honey                  10g
Lemon Juice(100%)
                              tsp1
Any fruit               a little

mocha liqueur       tb3 or more
whole wheat crackers
                             a few

1. mix sour cream, cream cheese, yogurt, honey and lemon juice in a bowl.

2.  put some broken crackers into cups

3. pour some liqueur to wet the crackers

4.  pour some mixed cream into the cup and place fruit on it

5. repeat from no.2 to no.4

It's super easy!

I try not to make desserts less sweet than others, so please add some more honey if you like sweeter taste.  Also, you don't need to use whole wheat crackers but use anything you like.
